On February 17-18, 2025, the Women Grow Leadership Summit will occur at the Gaylord Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD. The two-day Women Grow Leadership Summit is a dynamic gathering for cannabis entrepreneurs, industry experts, and advocates to ignite business growth and advocacy in the cannabis industry. The event aims to unify industry leaders to educate, connect, and empower women. Among the speakers at the summit are three-time Olympic gold medalist and six-time WNBA All-Star Brittney Griner. She will deliver a keynote speech on “Cultivating Change: Empower Women through Personal Leadership.” She will address gender equity, healthcare rights, and cannabis legalization. 

Ricky Williams, the NFL icon and founder of Project Champion, will host a fundraiser to advocate for cannabis access and policy reform. He plans to discuss cannabis in sports, wellness, and legalization advocacy.

Honoring Groundbreaking Actions

Governor Moore recently issued 175,000 pardons for cannabis possession charges in a groundbreaking move. 

He also appointed Tabatha Robinson as the new leader of the Maryland Cannabis Administration.
